? Speakers Instructions:

Each presenter is given 15 minutes during the session plus additional 5 minutes for an interactive discussion after the presentation. We will highly appreciate your cooperation to ensure that all sessions will run smoothly and in a timely manner.

A laptop PC equipped with Windows 7 and PowerPoint 2010 will be available in the conference hall. You may use your own laptop computer. In such case, please confirm that it has a VGA socket for external signal and come to check it first in the conference hall during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session.
