■Passport and Visas

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your visa status, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/index.html).

If you need an individual invitation letter, please fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and send it to the Nano-Satellite Symposium Office by the end of August at the latest.

*If you need to obtain a visa, please apply as early as possible, or by the beginning of September 2012 at the latest.
