* University Space Engineering Consortium (UNISEC), a secretariat of the symposium will take photographs and make videotapes of “UN/Japan Nano-Satellite Symposium” for the purposes of recording and later reporting on the symposium. Photos and videotapes are for the purpose of public relations, press reports and capacity building activities, and will be used by the co-organizers and symposium secretariat in organization publications, (e.g. reports, brochures, posters and flyers), for institute videotapes, and on the organization website, social media site.
